Your EPIC membership entitles you to assistance from vendors to resolve problems around access and content.

Before contacting a vendor for assistance, you might like to try the following trouble-shooting guides:

your name
your library’s name
steps you’ve taken to troubleshoot the problem on your own
a detailed description of the problem, include screen shots where possible.
