Your EPIC membership entitles you to assistance from vendors to resolve problems around access and content.

Before contacting a vendor for assistance, you might like to try the following trouble-shooting guides:

If there is no response from a vendor contact the EPIC Manager to follow up on your behalf.

Make sure you include the following information in your email to the vendor:

  • your name
  • your library’s name
  • steps you’ve taken to troubleshoot the problem on your own
  • a detailed description of the problem, include screen shots where possible.
